  • Saturday, June 21, 2027 - depart from the US to Brussels, Belgium (BRU)

  • Sunday, June 22nd- arrive in Brussels and ease into European time. Evening welcome dinner featuring Belgian classics and Trappist beer at Grand Place.

  • Monday, June 23rd - Guided walking tour of UNESCO-listed Grand Place, royal palaces, and Art Nouveau arcades. Hands-on Belgian chocolate workshop. Evening community connection dinner supporting local refugee organizations (Safari Njema's Heals on Wheels giving experience).

  • Tuesday, June 24th - Full-day excursion to Bruges, the "Venice of the North." Canal boat tour, Basilica of the Holy Blood, medieval Belfry Tower, lace-making demonstration, and free time to explore chocolate shops, breweries, or simply wander the cobblestone streets.

  • Wednesday, June 25th- Travel by train to Amsterdam. Golden-hour canal cruise and evening walking tour of Dam Square, Royal Palace, and historic neighborhoods. Dutch-Indonesian rijsttafel dinner exploring colonial history.

  • Thursday, June 26th -Guided experience at Anne Frank House and walking debrief through the Jordaan neighborhood. Afternoon at the Rijksmuseum. Free time for Vondelpark, shopping, or Amsterdam's observation deck.

  • Firday, June 27th - Escape to Zaanse Schans for working windmills, artisan cheese tasting, and wooden clog painting workshop. Afternoon options include Van Gogh Museum or exploring the Nine Streets. Farewell dinner at waterfront restaurant with group reflections.

  • Saturday, June 28th - Return to Brussels by train, then travel to Ghent to explore Belgium's medieval secret. Climb a 12th-century castle, witness van Eyck's famous Ghent Altarpiece at St. Bavo's Cathedral, and enjoy a farewell dinner along lantern-lit canals.

  • Sunday, June 29th - Depart for the US; free time for those with a late departure
